We currently deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan through reliable courier services.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, promotions, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Awais Fabrics International may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order:

- Our team may contact you by phone to verify your order before dispatch.
- Orders may be canceled if confirmation cannot be completed.

the courier may attempt another delivery or return the parcel to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage customers to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery.

- Incorrect products
please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across Pakistan.
Please ensure the exact payable amount is available at the time of delivery.
Refused Orders
If a customer refuses delivery after the order has been dispatched without a valid reason, Awais Fabrics International reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders or require advance payment for future purchases.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our team will investigate the matter with the courier company and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
